Stop complaining and act

When we complain, we state that things have not turned out as we thought or that the other has not acted as we wanted, requesting that they be resolved. But the complaint is not resolved from the outside, but from oneself, within us.

There is no use complaining, if later you do not start looking for solutions or alternatives. Even sometimes just stopping, observing and understanding what happened will be enough. It is our decision to direct our energy to live or to die little by little.
