The 10 energy thieves according to the Dalai Lama

There are 10. Ten energy thieves who, according to the Dalai Lama, trap us and leave us empty. We do not realize it, but we are so aware of the banal that we do not attend to what is really important.

1 – People who are subscribed to the complaint mode.

“Let go of people who only come to share complaints, problems, disastrous stories, fear and judgment of others. If someone is looking for a container to throw their garbage, try not to make it in your mind ”.

People plugged into an automatic protester exhaust us and subtract us.  They are energy thieves. Putting an iota of energy to alleviate the egocentricities of others destroys our essence. So, as they say, if someone is looking for a can to throw their garbage, make sure it is not in your mind. Detach your life from everything that takes you away from yourself and don’t let others drag you into their storms.
